Investigation Leads to Charges Against Palestine Couple

(Palestine) – A nearly yearlong investigation has led to criminal charges for a Palestine couple. According to Palestine Police Chief, Jeff Besing, in March of 2020, he began investigating Alan and Brandy Fulling. Besing says on January fifth charges were filed with Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, which resulted in a Class 2 felony charge of “Financial Exploitation” of an Elderly/Disabled subject and a Class 3 Felony charge of “Theft by Deception.” Besing says the Fullings have been issued a summons with a required court appearance.
