(Undated) – Despite the blast of winter weather last week bringing progress to a standstill, the Theater Renaissance project at LTC appears to be on schedule. According to LTC Coordinator of Marketing and Public Information, Chris Forde, exterior work is progressing and soon they will be able to move to the interior part of the project.
Forde says barring any unforeseen issues the project is on pace for a late Spring or early summer completion.
The new 3,600 square-foot addition to the Zwermann Arts Center marks the first “brick and mortar” construction on the campus since 1975.
