Robinson Man Arrested for Animal Cruelty

(Robinson) – A Robinson man was arrested last week for the fatal stabbing of a dog. Jesse Anians was arrested last week by the Robinson Police Department for what authorities are calling an intentional stabbing. Reports indicate that he allegedly stabbed the dog thirteen times causing its death. According to Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, Anians could face up to three years on a Class 4 Felony Charge of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 12th for a preliminary hearing.
