(Casey, IL) – An accident sent a Casey man to the hospital yesterday. According to the Illinois State Police, forty-five-year-old Kenneth Woods was headed east on US 40 when he sideswiped a parked car and overturned “several times” coming to rest in a field south of US 40. Woods was taken by ambulance to an area hospital with serious injuries. The investigation into this crash is still ongoing and no further information is available at this time.
