(Undated) – The Crawford County Health Department will be hosting a COVID-19 clinic tomorrow. Those individuals that received their first dose of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine on February 13th are due for the 2nd dose during tomorrow’s clinic which will be held at the Robinson Unit 2 Transportation Office. You are asked to bring your completed Pfizer consent form. This form can be printed from cchd.net or you can pick up a copy from the pickup box outside the front door of the health department. Also, bring the vaccine record card you received at your first appointment so it can be updated with your 2nd dose information.
