(Undated) – A traffic stop yesterday led to the arrest of a Kewanee, Illinois woman. According to Crawford County Sheriff, Bill Rutan, sixty-six-year-old Linda Foss was arrested and booked into the Crawford County Jail for Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
