Robinson Man Sentenced on Meth Charges

(Undated) – A Robinson man was sentenced on meth-related charges during a Thursday court appearance. According to Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, thirty-seven-year-old Christopher Shaffer of Robinson was sentenced to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by one year of Mandatory Supervised Release on a Class 3 Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Shaffer was arrested in May of last year by the Robinson Police Department who assisted in the prosecution of this case.
