(Oblong) – The Oblong Varsity Volleyball Team picked up a win last night. They beat Dietrich in straight sets 25-22, 25-15. Head Coach, Pam Johnson, says this was a great night for Oblong Varsity as they kept pushing and never gave up. Jenna Bailey led the team in scoring with a final of eleven points on the night including eight kills and twenty-one aces. Grace Flexter came up big on the defensive side of the net with nineteen digs. With the win, they improve to .500 moving to 2-4 on the season. They will try to take the momentum into tonight’s contest with St. Elmo.
