(Undated) – The countywide “active” COVID-19 count is trending back up with the addition of six new cases. According to numbers released yesterday, six new cases of the virus have been confirmed by the Crawford County Health Department bringing our current “active” total to sixty. They also report four hospitalizations and to date, they have recorded nineteen death attributed to COVID-19. The public is reminded to continue to wear a mask when in public, wash your hands regularly, and try to maintain a six-foot distance from those not in your immediate household. The CCHD is also reminding the public that they have now been authorized to give the vaccine to anyone eighteen and older.
