(Oblong) – The Oblong Village Board will hear a request for a liquor license during their meeting this evening. The agenda for tonight’s meeting includes a “liquor license question” from Casey’s General Store. In other business, they will look at a “Resolution for Maintenance of Streets and Highways by Municipality Under the Illinois Highway Code.” The Oblong Village Board meets this afternoon at 5 pm in the Oblong Village Hall.
