Wet and Cooler Weather Expected for Early May

(Undated) – Farmers throughout the area may have to worry about cooler than normal temperatures for the first half of May. According to DTN Chief Agriculture Meteorologist, Bryce Anderson, early May is likely to see temperature trends below normal and that could hinder early crop progress.
Anderson says that cooler temperatures and wet weather will likely be in our forecast through at least next week.
