June is Dairy Month

(Undated) – June is Dairy Month and the Dairy Council is focusing on helping the public better understand the difference between a traditional gallon of milk and what they term, “alternative beverages” such as soy milk, almond milk, and oat milk.

They say dairy has several health benefits from lowering your risks of heart disease to good bone health.
