Palestine Police Investigating Criminal Damage

(Palestine) – Authorities in Palestine are asking for the public’s help in solving a case of Criminal Damage to Property. According to Palestine Police Chief, Jeff Besing, sometime overnight Saturday into Sunday damage occurred throughout Leaverton Park. However, the most significant damage was in the park and arena bathrooms. Damage included broken toilets, sink, and urinals. Several port-a-potties, soda machines, and trash cans were knocked over. Anyone with information or security camera footage of the suspects is being asked to contact the Palestine Police Department. Crawford County Crimestoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to an arrest.
