$1,000 Reward Offered in Weekend Damage Investigation in Palestine

(Palestine) – The investigation continues into weekend damage at Leaverton Park and the rodeo arena. Palestine Police are asking for the public’s help identifying the individual or individuals responsible for extensive damage to the bathrooms at both the park and arena, as well as damage throughout the park, which occurred overnight Saturday night into Sunday morning. The reward for information leading to an arrest has grown to a thousand dollars. Crawford County Crime Stoppers is offering a $750 reward with an additional $250 coming from a private donor. Anyone with information or anyone who may have captured the suspects on video is being asked to contact the Palestine Police Department or Crawford County Crime Stoppers.
