(Undated) – For the second straight week gas prices continue to trend up. According to GasBuddy.com, the current national average is hovering around $3.26 a gallon. That is a two-cent bump from last Thursday’s average and a cent higher than yesterday. Prices have been climbing without a break since September 28th. Only eight states have statewide averages below three dollars a gallon. Illinois is not one of them, where the statewide average is $3.44 a gallon. It’s $3.26 a gallon in Indiana.
