(Undated) – Schools across the state, including Hutsonville, which had been on the ISBE’s probation list have been restored to full recognition status. The Illinois State Board of Education updated its list Friday showing that all schools had been fully recognized. Several schools across the state were placed “on probation” for refusal to enforce Governor, J.B. Pritzker’s, school mask mandate. According to the ISBE’s list, two public districts and eight private schools had been on the probation list on Thursday. Officials haven’t released what prompted the status changes.
