(Undated) – If you’re planning to get your child vaccinated against COVID-19, the IDPH is advising the use of the Pfizer vaccine. The Illinois Department of Public Health announced yesterday that children ages five through eleven should receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The recommendation follows the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidelines issued Tuesday. According to the IDPH, they are working with school districts around the state to set up vaccination clinics.
