(Undated) – Gas prices are trending down but are still at near record-high levels for Thanksgiving travel.

That was GasBuddy Head of Petroleum Analysis, Patrick DeHaan. According to GasBuddy’s “2021 Annual Thanksgiving Travel Survey,” just 32% of Americans plan to travel for Thanksgiving this year. That’s down slightly from 35% last year. However, it’s a huge drop compared to the 65% that planned to hit the road for Thanksgiving 2019. The survey also showed that 75% of those surveyed said that COVID-19 has had no impact on their holiday plans this year.
