(Undated) – If you are having a hard time getting to the DMV to renew your driver’s license or state ID card, you’ve got time. Expiration dates for both are being extended an additional three months. Secretary of State, Jesse White, announced the dates have been moved from January 1st to March 31st. This extension doesn’t apply to commercial driver’s licenses and CDL learner’s permits. White said this extension is necessary as his office continues to address the heavy customer volume caused by the pandemic.
