(Undated) – For the third week in a row gas prices have seen a slight uptick. According to GasBuddy.com, the national average for a gallon of regular is up just over a penny from a week ago. It remains unchanged from a month ago and is ninety-three cents per gallon higher than a year ago. GasBuddy Head of Petroleum Analysis, Patrick DeHaan, says the rising price of crude oil continues to push prices up. He also says that gasoline demand, aside from motorists filling up ahead of the weekend winter storms, has been lackluster. The current national average is $3.32 a gallon. It’s a dime higher in Illinois at $3.42 a gallon and it’s $3.16 in Indiana.
