(Undated) – Winter weather is once again impacting the Wabash Valley. According to the latest “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, after a brief lull, a mixture of freezing rain and sleet will develop this afternoon, and then linger into the evening. Some snow may mix in before the wintry precipitation ends tonight. They say that storm total snowfall of less than 1 inch and ice accumulations of up to one-tenth of an inch are expected. As a result, a “Winter Weather Advisory” will continue into tomorrow morning. The current forecast is calling for a warm-up through the weekend with daytime highs returning to the low 50s by Monday.
