(Oblong) – Oblong Unit 4 has new Grade School and High School Principals as well as a new Superintendent. The Unit 4 Board held a Special Meeting yesterday and at that meeting, they hired Kendra Ridlen as Grade School Principal, Brent Julian as High School Principal, and Michelle Meese as Superintendent for the 2022-2023 school year. Meese and Ridlen have served as Superintendent and Grade School Principal respectively since the February resignation of Jeff Patchett. In other business, the Unit 4 Board accepted the resignation of Heather Lee as Guidance Counselor at the conclusion of the current school year.
