(Oblong) – Charles Meeks was sentenced to fifteen years in prison on Child Porn charges during an April court appearance. Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, announced yesterday that Meeks was sentenced to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for each of five counts of Child Pornography. He was also sentenced to five years of mandatory supervised release on the Class X Felony charges. The Oblong Police Department and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
