(Undated) – Another day, another gas price record. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average has climbed for the ninth day in a row and is hovering around a new record high of $4.59 a gallon. Kansas again has the lowest statewide average at $4.04 a gallon. The misery just keeps getting worse for drivers in California, where the statewide average is now up to $6.06 a gallon. The statewide average here in Illinois has hit the $5 mark, which is sixty-three cents higher than a month ago and $1.81 a gallon higher than a year ago. It’s $4.62 in Indiana, a $1.66 higher than a year ago.
