(Undated) — Crawford County 100 Women Who Care recently presented “Project Linus” with a check. According to Barb Shimer, “Project Linus” received a check for eight-thousand dollars. They were chosen as the recipient of the donation during April’s meeting. “Project Linus” is a group of volunteers who make blankets for children of all ages in need of a little extra comfort, either from being hospitalized, suffering a loss, or abuse. The three organizations nominated for the September meeting and vote are the Crawford County Historical Museum, Little League, and the Second Chance Ranch. The next meeting is on September 22nd at the Robinson Community Center. Visit the Crawford County 100 Women Who Care Facebook page for more information.
