(Robinson) – “National Night Out” is coming up next week and the Robinson Police Department will be hosting an event at Robinson City Park. Robinson Police Chief, Chad Weaver, says the RPD is excited to once again be hosting “National Night Out.” The public is invited to bring their kids out to check out the vehicles and equipment of area first responders, and enjoy hotdogs, drinks, and shaved ice provided free of charge. Weaver says the RPD K-9 team will conduct a demonstration and the RPD drones will be on display. “National Night Out” is a community-building event and will be held Tuesday, August 2nd from 6 pm – 9 pm at Robinson City Park.
