(Undated) – One person is dead and another injured following a two vehicle accident in Clark County. According to the Illinois State Police, a van driven by twenty-six-year-old Jeremiah Boswell of Marshall, failed to yield when attempting to turn left into a driveway off of Illinois Route 1 crashing into the front bumper of a 2019 Kia Soul driven by an Indianapolis woman. Both drivers were transported to a regional hospital with injuries. However, the Indianapolis woman was pronounced dead at the hospital. Boswell was cited for Improper Lane Usage. The accident remains under investigation. The identity of the Indianapolis woman has not yet been released.
