(Undated) – For the ninth consecutive week, the nation’s average gas price has fallen. According to GasBuddy.com, the average price per gallon has declined a dime from a week ago to $3.92. GasBuddy Head of Petroleum Analysis, Patrick De Haan, says the decline in average prices could wrap up soon, with some price increases possible as early as this week. He says while the West Coast and some areas of the Rockies may see prices continue to drift lower, he believes the national average could tick higher this week as the better-than-expected jobs report last week likely means less demand destruction than anticipated. The statewide average in Illinois has fallen to $4.27 a gallon. It’s $3.88 in Indiana.
