(Undated) – The Illinois State Police have announced the results of a FOID Card compliance blitz. According to the ISP, for about six weeks this summer they went on a blitz to make sure gun owners in Illinois complied with FOID card regulations. Illinois State Police Director, Brendan Kelly, says more than seventeen hundred checks were done and more than a thousand people were brought to compliance. The enforcement details were conducted in all one-hundred-two counties in Illinois.
