(Undated) — Crawford County Treasurer, Twyla Bailey, has announced that the second distribution of tax money will be available tomorrow. Checks will be available for pick-up at the treasurer’s office for all taxing bodies. Bailey says if the checks are not picked up, they will be mailed. According to Bailey, the county will be distributing thirteen million dollars. Bailey is also reminding those that have not yet paid their taxes, that beginning Monday reminder letters will be mailed. Bailey advises to keep your name from being published, taxes will need to be paid in full by noon October 19th. The treasurer’s office is located in the Courthouse Annex building and is open 8 am-4 pm Monday through Friday.
