(Undated) – Cold weather is here and Ameren Illinois customers are being reminded about an energy assistance program. It’s called “Warm Neighbors Cool Friends.” Each year, thousands of Illinois families struggle to keep their homes safe and comfortable during harsh winters and summers. The program is available statewide for Ameren Illinois customers who do not qualify for LIHEAP.
