Gas Prices Continue to Climb Higher

(Undated) – As we head into the weekend, gas prices continue to climb. According to this morning’s number from GasBuddy.com, the national average is up two cents from yesterday but remains below $4 at $3.78 a gallon. Drivers in Illinois are paying, on average, $4.27 a gallon. That marks a nickel jump from yesterday. Across the river in Indiana, the statewide average is once again above four dollars at $4.07 a gallon, a dime higher than yesterday. California drivers are paying $5.43 a gallon, the highest in the country. At the other end of the spectrum is Georgia with a statewide average of just $3.09 a gallon.
