(Undated) – Chances are you know someone who has been sick with the flu recently. The CDC announced at least thirteen million people have been sick with the flu this season and forty-three states are experiencing high or very high levels of respiratory virus activity. According to their reports, it’s resulted in mass hospitalizations and nearly seventy-three hundred reported deaths. The CDC is once again advising people to get this year’s flu shot, stay home when sick, and wash their hands frequently to prevent spreading illnesses.
