(Undated) – The national average price for gas continues to slip lower. According to this morning’s number from GasBuddy.com, it has fallen another six cents from Friday to $3.22 a gallon. Here in Illinois, the statewide average has fallen to $3.43, down six cents from Friday. Across the Wabash in Indiana, the statewide average fell nine cents over the weekend to $3.22 a gallon. Oklahoma and Texas are tied for the cheapest states to fill up in with averages of $2.66 a gallon. Gas is $4.45 in California.
