That was Better Business Bureau Investigator, Don O’Brien. He says consumers still have a habit of buying first and asking questions later.
O’Brien says he is encouraging everyone to be more diligent in 2023. The BBB says the biggest scams this year are expected to be online, via email, or through text messages. However, there is some good news, they report “Robocalls” are down compared to years past.
