(Undated) – Gas prices are on the rise statewide. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, Illinois drivers are paying an average of $3.48 a gallon. That marks a dime increase from Monday and is four cents higher than this time last year. Prices in Indiana have remained largely unchanged from Monday and are hovering around $3.24 a gallon. However, that is a nickel higher than a year ago at this time. The current national average remains $3.26 a gallon, six cents lower than last January 13th.
