(Undated) – Crawford is among the five counties that will be receiving tax filing and payment relief following last month’s tornadoes and severe storms. Illinois is offering assistance for individuals and businesses not able to meet regularly scheduled filing or payment deadlines due to the severe weather. The five counties impacted and declared disaster areas include Boone, Crawford, DuPage, Marion, and Sangamon. The tax relief will be for returns and payments due on or after March 31st, and on or before May 31st.
