(Undated) – Despite a late rally the RHS Lady Maroons fell to Mt. Carmel yesterday 10-8. Eva Herman pitched all seven innings giving up ten runs on seven hits including two home runs, walking two, and striking out nine. Paige Sanders led the Lady Maroons at the plate, scoring three runs on two hits and walking twice. With the loss, the girls fall to 14-8 on the season. They are at 3-3 in the LIC and are slated to be back in action this afternoon for a road game at T-Town.
