(Undated) — The busy summer recreation season has kicked into high gear and authorities are sending out reminders about keeping Illinois parks clean. IDNR Conservation Police Captain, John Williamson, says some public parks have battled a problem with trash the last few years and he reminds everyone, if you bring it in, take it out.
Authorities also continue to stress the importance of keeping those recreation fires under control and putting them out before you turn your attention elsewhere.
