(Undated) – Murder charges have been filed against Lance Newcomb. Newcomb was arrested last week on “Concealment of a Homicidal Death” charges pending forensic analysis of remains discovered in Hardinville. Yesterday the Illinois State Police announced those remains had been identified as Ryan Waggoner and the Cumberland County State’s Attorney filed the “First Degree Murder” charges against Newcomb. Waggoner was reported missing on June 8th prompting the investigation. Newcomb remains in custody at the Crawford County Jail.
