(Undated) – Gas prices continue to fluctuate across the country. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average has seen just a penny increase from the beginning of the week, hovering around $3.55 a gallon. Prices here in Illinois, have seen a two-cent drop in the statewide average to $3.81. Across the river in Indiana, the average price per gallon has also fallen from $3.52 at the beginning of the week to $3.46. Prices in Mississippi, while still the lowest in the nation, have returned to above $3 with a statewide average price per gallon of $3.01. California drivers are paying $4.83 a gallon down four cents from Monday.
