(Undated) – It’s “Fair Week” in Crawford County and the weather forecast could be a mixed bag of rain and heat. According to this morning’s “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, there will be occasional chances for showers and thunderstorms throughout the week. They say generally around 20 percent with the best chance Wednesday night, when it tops out at around 30 percent. Heat and humidity will be a concern as well. The National Weather Service says heat index values look to reach near 100 degrees each afternoon Wednesday through Saturday. Tonight the Grandstand event is the Rabbit and Pig Scramble. The 4-H Livestock Auction will be Thursday at 1 pm. Grandstand events begin each evening at 7 pm.
