Vincennes Charity Under New Leadership

(Vincennes, IN) – A Vincennes-based charity has a new director. The man who founded “Helping His Hands” has resigned from his position as leader of the group. The governing board of “Helping His Hands” announced Scott Shipman’s resignation. Chief Operating Officer, Jason Burkhart, has been named the new Chief Executive Officer of the charity. Neither the Governing Board nor Shipman gave a reason for the resignation. Shipman oversaw the organization’s growth into a powerhouse disaster relief group throughout the area. “Helping His Hands” is located on Willow Street in Vincennes.
