(Undated) – Friday night lights will likely turn into Saturday afternoon games as the IHSA struggles to find officials. IHSA Executive Director, Craig Anderson, says despite an uptick last year, it remains difficult to find enough officials.

According to Oblong High School Athletic Director, Mary Patchett, they have already had to reschedule the OPH football season opener from Friday, August 25th to Saturday, August 26th, due to the shortage of officials.
