According to this morning’s “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, dangerous heat will persist through at least Thursday. The say peak daily heat index values of 105 to 115 are likely each day. As a result, an “Excessive Heat Warning” remains in effect through Thursday.
