(Robinson) – The RHS Girls Tennis Team blanked Mt. Carmel yesterday 9-0. Head Coach, Steve Jenkins, says the girls did a great job, staying focused on each point and being patient with the progression of their shots to win points. He says Genevieve Garrard won her 1st Varsity Singles match 6-4 and 7-5 in #6 singles action. RHS improved their record to 2-1 and they will be back in action tomorrow. Robinson will be playing in the Mattoon Invitational beginning at 8 a.m. at Mattoon High School and Lytle Park.
