OHS Volleyball Team is Headed to the Championship

(Oblong) – It took three sets but the Oblong Varsity Volleyball Team is headed to the Regional Championship. They picked up the three sets win over Hutsonville/Palestine 21-25, 25-23, 25-21. Head Coach, Pam Johnson, says the girls worked through adversity to get the win and she is very proud of the team. Macy Krick finished the day with four aces and eleven kills. Layla Krick added nine kills in the win. The girls will be back in action tonight when they face Cerro Gordo in the Championship.
