Slane Sentenced to Two Years on “Grooming” Charges

(Oblong) – An Oblong man was recently sentenced to two years in the IDOC. Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, reports that Robert Slane was sentenced during an October 27th Crawford County Court appearance. Slane was sentenced on a Class 4 Felony charge of Grooming. The Oblong Police Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
