(Undated) – The harvest season is winding down across the state. According to the latest numbers from the USDA Illinois Crop Progress and Condition Report, as of November 5th, Corn harvested reached 90 percent. Soybeans harvested reached 95 percent. Farmers are also well ahead of the average in planting. Winter wheat planted reached 95 percent, compared to the 5-year average of 87 percent.
