(Robinson) – The RHS Girls Basketball Team tipped off the new season last night with a tough 60-53 loss to Effingham. Marisa Zane led the Lady Maroons with twenty-four points. Elizabeth Shea added fourteen points and Katelyn Jones chipped in seven. With the loss, the girls fell to 0-1 on the season. They will be back in action on Thursday when they host Newton.
